Good

It was very convenient to walk to the allstate arena where I saw the wonderful carole king/james taylor concert!

It would have been nice to have a post-concert drink in the lounge. it wasn't open. ?????

Exceptional

Location, full of great restaurants, and shopping. Clean rooms and hotel in general. Excellent and most accomodating staff ever. I was in hospitality years ago at the Marriott and Radisson Hotel Chgo O'Hare was truly the best ever!!!! Supurb service and staff . My new hotel of choice.

Very good

Very clean, good showers, quiet. Only cardio machines in the fitness center (no weights and one crummy mat) but what they did have was very good stuff (precor etc.). Breakfast buffet was good and a great value for $10.

It's ok if you are just in for business are need to be by the airport or only inRosemont/Des Plaines. Excellent overnight business hotel, but without a car you are stuck there, nothing around except a target and a few strip-mall type places.

We were attending a conference at Allstate Arena & it is within walking distance of it & many restaurants, etc., in the area. Loved the convenience (& exercise!) The staff was polite & calm under pressure. Thank you!! Also loved the balcony! :-)

The ice machine on our floor was out of order, so we had to go to the next floor to acquire such. It wasn't that big of a deal & allowed us to get more exercise ;-) Otherwise... I think everything was great!

Walking distance to Allstate Arena. Lots of choices to eat within walking distance,

Bathroom was very small. The door hit the edge of the toilet seat when opening it.

Convenient to the Allstate Arena where we saw Michael Buble...within walking distance...Longhorn restaurant was excellent meal. maybe the only complaint was that the front dsk staff did not tell us anything about room services, i.e. breakfast, etc. Not super friendly, but not offensive...very nice maid tho that was very helpful/friendly!!
